I have been getting the runaround from Rival Chat, and I was told to contact them. I cannot remember the name, but I had to pay a dollar to get through to them and they were no help at all.
I would like to get my dollar back.
Also, a friend of mine was given a free replacement for the same lid when hers broke and it wasn't that long ago. Now, I'm being told I have to find a replacement and pay for it through a retailer.

Payout that is over four weeks late

I decided to purchase a small counter Rival Microwave and even thou - the microwave still works but, the inside of the microwave is rusting out! The microwave has barley had usage but thus is happening.
Rival informed ne that they no longer make the product abd for that reason, they offer a free - slow cooker but, I really needed a replacement microwave. More than anything- the rusting- is safety and hazardous condition!
