Crock Pot Lid Crack Issue
The lid cracked while using it. Looking for a replacement and I was told that they dont have the product anymore nor the parts.
I believe it's wiser to purchase from another brand that can provide parts. Now I have to throw away my crock pot due to the issue with the lid.

Payout that is over four weeks late

Shattered lid rc101
The lid shattered on the rice cooker model RC101 , as my husband picked up the lid it fell apart and shattered. Just missing his feet with broken glass all over our kitchen floor.

I decided to purchase a small counter Rival Microwave and even thou - the microwave still works but, the inside of the microwave is rusting out! The microwave has barley had usage but thus is happening.
Rival informed ne that they no longer make the product abd for that reason, they offer a free - slow cooker but, I really needed a replacement microwave. More than anything- the rusting- is safety and hazardous condition!

My roaster oven is not working.
Thanks for responding, but I have not been able to load photos yet. My phone wallet was stolen Friday, so Im waiting for a new phone to arrive. I'm expecting it by Thursday, and I will upload the photo to send.

Crockpot made in Kansas City still & not China.
I was not mad at Rival. I was trying to find their slow cooker product still made in Kansas City MO.
Found out sold to Sunbeam, so like all others now made in China.
Disappointing none made in US any longer. Im trying to buy US.
